This Privacy Policy describes how Milewire (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use AI Opportunity Discovery at discover.milewire.io.

The tool is a free, guided intake experience designed to help B2B prospects identify where AI may create value in their business. It is not the paid AI Opportunity Assessment platform.

When you complete the discovery form, we may collect:

• Contact details such as your name, email address, and optional phone number
• Company information such as company name, website, industry, and company size
• Your role or job title
• Business context you provide, including goals, AI usage, challenges, workflows, urgency, and interest in a Discovery Call
• Campaign or attribution data such as UTM parameters or referral source, when present in the URL
• Technical data used for abuse prevention, such as IP address and request metadata processed by our hosting provider

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this tool. Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or unnecessary personal data in free-text fields.

We use submitted information to:

• Generate a one-page Discovery Summary based on your responses
• Review your business context and determine whether a Discovery Call may be appropriate
• Store and manage lead records in our CRM systems
• Follow up with you about Milewire services, when permitted
• Measure campaign performance and improve the discovery experience
• Protect the service from spam, abuse, and automated submissions

In the current version of this tool, form responses are used to generate a structured summary on our servers. We do not send your submission to third-party AI models to produce that summary.

This site uses limited browser storage on your device:

• Session storage: after submission, your Discovery Summary may be stored temporarily in your browser so you can review it on the summary page during the same session
• Local storage: if you use the theme toggle, your light or dark mode preference may be saved locally

Browser storage stays on your device unless you clear it. Closing your browser typically clears session storage.

We use service providers to operate this tool, including:

• Zoho CRM to store lead and discovery submission data
• Vercel to host and deliver the application
• A scheduling provider or contact method linked from the site, such as Calendly or email, if you choose to book a Discovery Call

These providers process information on our behalf according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the tool, comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to valid legal requests.

If Milewire is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, submitted information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

We retain submission data for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you, operate our sales and marketing processes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. CRM records are retained according to our internal data retention practices.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may choose not to submit the discovery form. If you do submit information, you may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, where applicable
• Opt out of marketing communications using our opt-out form
• Clear browser storage using your browser settings

This tool is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below. Continued use of the tool after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
